Our hearcare partners lead this side of the business, often within a busy Specsavers store. Concentrating on exceptional customer service, the aim of our hearcare partners is to provide what may be the best aftercare on the market in support of the best products available.

Business support

Our business development team helps support new partners to maximise the potential of their new venture. You’ll be supported in everything from choosing a location and enhancing store systems through to compiling profit and loss projections, developing leadership skills and improving customer service.

Your own business

As a Joint Venture Partner, you will enjoy all of the benefits of running your own business combined with the rewards of managing a successful team. In return, Specsavers will support you in every way we can, just as we have helped 1,500 partners worldwide to achieve their aspirations of becoming a business leader.

Shape your team

Leading a varied team covering different roles within the store, you’ll have the opportunity to build and develop your own people. This means taking part in recruitment and training so that your store is always ready to provide the excellent level of service our customers expect.

Closer to the community

With local ownership, your store is also part of the community - offering greater opportunity for involvement in enhanced services such as local shared care schemes.

Your first step is to apply for the Partnership position you want

After an initial pre-screen, those meeting the requirements will have a telephone interview

Next is the assessment centre. You’ll also complete a questionnaire in advance

Internal candidates will attend Pathway for a 6 month in-store project and final assessment centre

OR

External candidates attend a final assessment centre.

If you've registered interest in a specific store, there is an extra stage where you will attend the Partner Selection Centre.

Training and development

Professional development

We’re committed to developing all our people. This commitment is at the heart of our business and we provide an extensive up-to-the minute professional development programme for partners and store staff.

Bespoke training

There’s more to running your own business than many people imagine. Which is why we support our Joint Venture Partners in making that transition. Pathway, our internal partner development programme is a tailor-made package that helps aspiring partners develop the commercial and people skills they need to make their business a success.

Partner In Development Programme (PID)

The gateway for Hearcare professionals into the Specsavers Partnership. The programme is undertaken at a Hearcare hub for approximately 6 months to acquire a solid and detailed understanding of how Hearcare comes together in our environment. This will involve comprehensive leadership training and ongoing support to assist you in the transition in running your own Hearcare business.
