Already, we’ve gained an enviable reputation for our innovative marketing. But we’re always striving to reach out to our customers – and the people who work with us - in new and exciting ways.

Promoting our brand

Through TV adverts, the web, direct marketing and in-store materials, we develop the right messages to promote our brand. The most famous of these is our multi award-winning campaign based on the famous line 'Should've gone to Specsavers'.

Supporting our stores

As well as providing store partners with a range of communications to support their local and regional campaigns, we also produce videos for training colleagues in store and elsewhere across the business.

Public Relations

As well as generating positive PR around our stores, we make sure Specsavers contributes to the communities in which we work. We take corporate social responsibility very seriously and support a range of local community initiatives, as well as various national and international charities.

Creative

We’re one of few companies to have our own in-house advertising agency. Our award-winning creative team creates and produces everything from TV commercials and direct mail to in-store point of sale, online campaigns and websites.

Next is an interview / assessment, and you may be asked to complete an online questionnaire and other assessments in advance

The next step is either a 2nd stage interview or an assessment centre
