Audiology Partner Search Consultant

Specsavers is looking for a Search Consultant to proactively support the business in delivering recruitment and talent processes to help support the recruitment of Partners into our Stores.

As a search Consultant, you will assist in the attraction and sourcing of Partners into Specsavers stores across the UK & ROI. You will support the business by utilising industry knowledge and expertise together with professional networks to identify and secure outstanding partner talent. You will also promote the delivery of our direct sourcing strategy whilst delivering a credible resourcing service to the business during the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the most cost effective and efficient recruitment methods are utilised to support and deliver existing partner needs whilst ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
