Domiciliary Administrator/Scheduler - EAST LONDON AREA


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrator/Scheduler in the East London area to join our expanding domiciliary care business - Specsavers Healthcall Optical Services.

This is a part time position, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, to start ASAP. This position also allows you to work from home.

Key Responsibilities
• To book optical appointments for housebound customers from inbound calls
• Outbound calls to existing customers to book eye tests for their residents
• To update and maintain a customer database
• To contact prospect Care homes/Home visit customers and update database
• To schedule appointments in a logical manner
• NHS form and general administrative duties

  • Excellent customer service skills


Wifi access at home is essential in order to fulfill the job requirements.

Full training will be given and a mobile phone and laptop will be provided.
