To match this dynamic growth we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our IT Service Desk and start an exciting career within our first class IT service desk environment.
Our IT Apprenticeship Programmes range from 12-18 months and combine both classroom and on-the-job training. You will be part of the 1st line service desk support team, providing support to both our stores and office staff. Once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, you will be awarded either a level 3 or 4 City & Guilds Diploma in ICT and a permanent position to continue your IT career with us.

You will be able to take a tour of our offices, meet some of the team and gain more insight into our apprenticeship programmes. You can even bring your parents along too! Individual interviews where you can talk in more detail to us will be arranged at a later date.
To be eligible for the programme you should possess or be predicted to gain: 2 A-levels, grade A-D or 5 GCSE's, grade C or above including Maths and English, you should have an interest in IT and enjoy helping others.
