As a Trainee Hearcare Assistant, you’ll help our friendly in-store team provide hearing aids for those with hearing difficulties. You’ll deal directly with customers, showing them how to wear and care for their hearing aids as well as supporting the rest of the team. Your efforts will help the store reach its sales targets, so it’s important that you work hard to understand what our customers are looking for and give them an outstanding service.

Our specially developed training will make sure you have the knowledge and skills to do the job – so previous experience isn’t essential. More important is your ability to work as part of a team and deal with customers. We’re looking for a polite, helpful approach and plenty of enthusiasm. If you’re ready to learn we’ll help you go far.
