We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Global Learning & Development Business Partner to join our business. You will be responsible for the execution of L&D proposals, within all functions across our support offices globally, delivering creative learning solutions that underpin the annual and longer-term plans of the business, and which enhance both individual and business performance.

You will need to develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners and functional Leaders / Heads of, to support the delivery of annual people plans and business plans. This will include close working with senior stakeholders on specified projects to fully understand the training requirements that underpin future strategies. You may be called upon to represent these specific projects at board level, where you will need to discuss progress against specific activity, managing challenge from senior stakeholders, influencing and negotiating accordingly.

This role is instrumental in helping to shape the learning strategy and approach the business follows, maximising contributions from the Support Office L&D Design and Delivery teams. For this role, we are seeking an inspirational L&D professional with exceptional consultation and communication skills, presence, credibility and commercial acumen. You will need to be able to effectively manage the workload and scheduling of your own projects and stakeholders, setting the standard for effective scoping, high-level development and evaluation of all L&D projects.
