This is a unique opportunity to work in a diverse and multi-disciplinary role across the whole of the Specsavers business. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering end-to-end customer experience at Specsavers – one of the best loved brands on our High Streets.

 

Everyone who works at Specsavers is committed to putting the customer first. Recently the Specsavers Board have turned their attention to improving the customer experience and have newly appointed a ‘Customer Experience Director’ to lead this focus.

 

So now a brand-new team of ‘Customer Experience Managers’ is being assembled. This team will work collaboratively across our business and design and deliver new and optimised customer experiences. This role is all about ideation, breaking down silos and using data to guide key decisions and deliverables.

 

Skills and Experience

  • You will be a self-starter and must have demonstrated considerable personal motivation and stamina in previous roles.
  • You need to be able to show strong project management skills and demonstrating a singular drive to get your opinions heard and recommendations implemented.
  • Being able to carefully manage diverse and complex stakeholder groups is crucial.
