Facilities Assistant

Role summary

Do you have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and want to be part of a Facilities team that deliver a broad range of facilities and customer services?

 

Specsavers are currently recruiting a Facilities Assistant on a part-time basis (27.5 hours per week) to provide reception services in our Nottingham Support Office and administrative support to the site Facilities Manager.

 

You will be part of the site facilities team delivering a broad range of facilities and customer services and identifying areas for continuous improvement within service delivery.

 

Having excellent customer service, you will ensure an exceptional experience is delivered to all internal and external customers as well as ensuring processes are adhered to and comply with Health & Safety legislation and Specsavers Group policy. In supporting the Facilities Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to day to day site operations including mail services, telephony, stationery and catering orders, travel arrangements, colleague and contractor site inductions, support with building maintenance arrangements and DSE Assessments including use of associated Software packages, record keeping.
