Domiciliary Optical Assistant - Lincolnshire

Role summary

Domiciliary Optical Assistant

Previous optical experience, and a driving licence, is essential for this position.

The areas covered include Gainsborough, Saxilby, Dunholme, North Hykeham, Waddington, Newark, and Southwell.

We are seeking a highly motivated, affable and reliable Optical Assistant in the Lincolnshire area to join our expanding domiciliary care business – Specsavers Healthcall. On offer is not only an excellent remuneration package, which includes a car or car allowance and performance related bonus, but more importantly the chance to take the next step in your optical career.

This role will appeal to those who want to move away from the High Street – who want genuine professional freedom and, above all, a constantly changing working environment in which you are rewarded and recognised for your daily contributions to the business.

As a Domiciliary Optical Assistant, you’ll ensure the delivery of a high quality professional service, with high standards of dispensing and customer care – in short, you’ll make sure every customer gets a great experience.

If you are looking for a change from the high street and want more diversity and freedom in your working day, then this role could be perfect for you. It will allow you the opportunity to put your skills to the test and make a real difference to the quality of a person’s life and help and support a local community.

 On offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Excellent bonus scheme
  • Company car
  • Monday – Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
  • Support for training and development

Specsavers has been going from strength to strength, ever since the business started back in 1984. We strive for the highest clinical standards – and believe that the customer should be at the heart of everything we do. We also recognise that our people are critical to our past and future success – so we do everything we can to make sure they get the experience and career they’re looking for: from outstanding training and a personal development plan, to excellent benefits and unstinting support. The business has nearly 1,500 stores across 12 countries – and is still growing. We want you to be part of this outstanding success story.
