Position: Lead Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser
Location: Sale and surrounding area
Working hours: Full time to include weekend work
You'll be working with both private and NHS patient and therefore HCPC registration is essential for this role however, if you are not currently registered, we can support you with this. You will be based at our hub store in Sale and will also be required to conduct home visits. A full driving licence is therefore essential for this role.
As part of our friendly team you’ll dispense hearing aids, making sure every customer receives the perfect device. It’s all about blending outstanding customer care with professional expertise. You’ll work to high clinical and commercial standards, generating sales, managing stock and working closely with staff and the store manager to drive business. Polite and helpful, you’ll be good with people and determined to make the process of selecting and buying a hearing aid as clear and easy as possible.

You will be at least 2 years qualified as a Hearing Aid Dispenser, and now looking for your next step in your career.
Patient focused and caring, you will be the face of the business, and be happy working to Specsavers high standards.
You will be working closely with the director to grow and develop the business, whilst being the role model of standards for the rest of your team, and responsible for the training and development.
