Assistant Manager - Altrincham
We are currently recruiting for our next ambitious Assistant Manager at Specsavers in Altrincham. If you are looking for extensive training and progression opportunities, than look no further. Our practice is a large, busy practice with 3 test rooms.
Your duties may include supporting the store manager with management of the team, conducting appraisals and 1-1s, being the first point of contact for customer queries, supporting with store recruitment and rotas.
To be successful for this role, you will have solid optical experience within optics. You will know exactly what a superb store looks like. You’ll work to this ideal, raising aspirations and standards; so the whole team strives for excellence. Leadership skills are crucial. You’ll need to be approachable and supportive but also persuasive and convincing. On top of this, you’ll need strong commercial acumen and an organised approach. If you’re as passionate about what you do as we are, you’ll soon be on the road to even bigger and better things.
