Apprenticeships for the new generation... Times have changed; many people are now preferring to continue their education with an apprenticeship rather than by attending university. At Specsavers we believe that apprenticeships are a great way to unlock the potential of young people and provide a way for them to embark on successful and fulfilling careers. We now have over 270 apprentices in the business and we are incredibly proud of their achievements and the value they add. Many of our apprentices continue to study and gain higher optical or leadership qualifications and are building their experience and knowledge to be the future leaders within Specsavers.
Due to the success of our Apprenticeship programme, we currently have an exciting new requirement for an Assessor Coach to support the delivery the of the store Apprenticeship programme across within London and the surrounding London areas. On average you will be supporting a caseload of 36 learners, maintaining high quality records to ensure all criteria is met. You will also build strong relationships with our store Joint Venture Partners and Managers, supporting them with their ongoing Apprenticeship recruitment needs and informing and updating them on learner progress.
It is essential for this role that you have GCSE A-C Maths and English, 2 years + optical work experience and a clean driving licence with the ability to drive and travel regionally.
