Role summary

Location: Bristol City Centre

Salary: Higher than Average

Working hours: Full-Time (Days flexible, including Monday-Friday)

Experience level: Must have worked in administration, no optical knowledge required

For our stores to run like clockwork we need sound support behind the scenes – and that’s where you come in. 

Organised and methodical, you’ll tackle a variety of admin tasks, processing invoices, NHS paperwork, filing records and sending out letters. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success. 

Make the grade, and you’ll soon be a crucial member of the team. All we ask is that you’re efficient, approachable and great in a team – a skilled Administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.

This position does not requires experience working in the field of optics, only administration experience is required.
