Pathway Programme - now taking applications for our June intake

Pathway is your journey to Partnership whether you come from Optics, Retail, Hearcare or Domiciliary. It is for ambitious individuals who live and breathe Specsavers and who want to secure their financial future by investing in one of our stores. The programme will develop your expertise, so you’re prepared to manage and grow your own business. We’ll also provide you with the advice you need to put the relevant finances in place when you’re ready.

Launched in November 2011, Pathway now generates around 90% of all Specsavers’ partnership requirements for new stores, expanding stores and to replace partners who are retiring.

Pathway consists of a series of 2-day events with a total of eight modules over a six-month period, where you will be continually assessed on your contribution towards each of the modules. It also involves a work-based project, and a final assessment centre which includes a project presentation at which delegates are expected to demonstrate what they have learned and their leadership potential.
