Specsavers’ success within the UK Optics market speaks for itself - and now you can be part of it as one of our future generation of Partners. Due to our continued success and ambitious plans for further growth, we are launching an exciting new programme aimed at enabling talented Optometrists to join
us as business owners in strategic locations.

What Locations Are Available?

Hampshire, Devon/ Cornwall, Bristol/ Gloucester, Norfolk/ Suffolk, North Staffordshire, North Wales, North East, Scotland and Dublin.

What is the PID Programme?

  • You will join us in a HOST store (a successful Optics business) in one of the above locations, where you will learn the ropes of business management “hands on” from our top talent. This will be for a period of up to 12 months.
  • Alongside in-store experience, you will be mentored by your local Divisional Relationship Manager and Head of Enhanced Optical Services
  • The Learning & Development Team & our Director of Optometry Advancement will create a bespoke training plan for you, aimed at ensuring you have excellent opportunities to advance professionally
  • You will additionally have a place on our industry leading PATHWAY programme

All of this training will be provided for FREE and you will also earn a competitive salary of up to £65,000 + car allowance during this period.
