Meet Tiffany Willcox, Technology Business Partner

What was your background before joining Specsavers?
Before joining Specsavers I worked for a number of IT companies around the globe. The roles varied from Developer, Systems Engineer, Project Manager and Programme Manager.

How long have you been Specsavers?
I have been with Specsavers for 7 years.

In a nutshell, what do you do?
I am responsible for our Audiology, Domiciliary, Contact Centre and Coporate Eyecare IT.

What does your typical day look like?
I generally walk my two boys to school before heading into the office. I then spend the day collaborating with colleagues from all departments across the company. Every single day is different. I thoroughly enjoy working with loads of people and delivering great IT to our stores and customers.

What makes you most proud of your time at Specsavers so far?
I have delivered some great technology which I have seen in use by customers in our stores.

How has Specsavers supported your development?
In my time at Specsavers I have had multiple opportunities for personal development. This has been by working in collaboration with my Line Managers, Mentors and various groups that I belong too.

What do you love about your job? What is a challenge?
I love all aspects of my job. No two days are the same. We get to work with many people across our business. The biggest challenge is picking the top things to focus on and stick to them, there is always more to do!
